Foreign relations are so difficult because a lot of the time people dont like the other race.
President Obama should continue to change the foreign policy that Bush did because President Obama would abandon some of his predecessor's rigid ideological stances. Obama announced the closure of Guantánamo and the end of any official sanction for torture.
